The tour guide, Tiger, and the entire group kindly waited for us for 25 minutes this morning as we were running late for our taxi to the bus. The tour was very informative, taking in the picturesque views of Halong Bay. We had a delicious lunch on board; I didn't expect such a good quality for the price! Thanks to the organizers!

SST the Dolphin and the crew were incredibly friendly and provided impeccable service, especially Finn, who even peeled mantis shrimp for them. They avoided the crowded Surprise Cave, yet still managed to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay. The experience of kayaking through two sea caves was truly magical.

I was traveling with my parents from both sides of the family, as well as my son, so three generations of our family went on a cruise together. We booked a one-day tour on shore. The boat was very clean and photogenic, very comfortable, and there was also a Chinese translator who introduced the process and precautions. I recommend it!


