It was a fantastic travel experience. The tour guide provided detailed explanations throughout, and we learned a lot about the history of West Lake. Luckily, there were very few people at West Lake that day, and even though our group only had three people, we still managed to go. The tour guide even took photos for us and showed us many of the attractions around West Lake. It was a truly fulfilling trip. Highly recommended!!!

Our tour guide, Ms. Chen, was very responsible. My hotel wasn't within the free shuttle service area, so she specially arranged a taxi for me and waited for me at the drop-off point. After the tour ended, she accompanied me back to the hotel by bus and subway. I didn't have to worry about the itinerary at all. This was the most comfortable small tour I've ever booked. Although Hangzhou is very hot, the entire tour was very comfortable. Ms. Chen patiently explained everything, and we strolled around at a leisurely pace. A gentle breeze was blowing, making it a relaxing and enjoyable day. There were no crowds, no waiting in line, and no worries about reservations. Later, I even tried tea ceremony for the first time and drank West Lake Longjing tea. A wonderful West Lake trip! I'll definitely come back again! Thank you so much, Ms. Chen! 🌹

We loved it as tour guide is skiilful in navigating through the itineraries despite the weather (we visited Huxueyan mansion first as it was raining and went to Xihu later on when the weather cleared up). Not sure if it's because if timing change, most of the time the place we visited is not crowded at all and it really felt like super private tour! No hard selling and the restaurant recommended in Xihu is very very nice.

A genius show that moved me to tears ✨ Impressions of Hangzhou: The "Most Memorable in Hangzhou" show at West Lake is beyond words. This place leaves the most unforgettable impressions of the city. The performance moved me so deeply that I couldn't stop crying. It's genius! We arrived a bit early and it was a good call—the lines were already long, but we smoothly passed through and took our seats. When you ascend to the stands, you're given special devices that emit scents during the show. Very cool move! The performance involves a huge number of artists—an enormous effort, all perfectly synchronized. The costumes are a form of art in themselves. We had seats in Section 5A, Row 3, Seats 6 and 7—an ideal view. I highly recommend visiting! The show lasts about an hour, but the time flies by unnoticed, and it's definitely worth it.
