Great chef and awesome introduction to Vietnamese cuisine. However, my experience was a bit hampered because of the family from Hong Kong with kid/s below 10 years of age (I thought the event was only for those at least 10 years old). The kids were running while we were cooking and I was afraid they might run over the hot pan and may spill the oil. The family also didn’t pay for the father’s participation but he ate a lot (even including the spring rolls which the kids ate a lot of). Otherwise, the recipes were great.★

This was a really cool experience to make your own perfume. We arrived a little late, but we’re the only ones in the class and got to try out all the scents. The actual class lasted around 1 hr but 2 hr was set aside. Would definitely recommend as it is a great memento of our trip in Vietnam and really cheap!★

Looking for something fun and culturally engaging, I came across this coffee workshop, which was absolutely amazing.
I was picked up at my hotel, and the staff were very welcoming. Luka (our instructor) shared a lot of stories about Vietnamese coffee and life, which was incredibly enjoyable and I learned a lot.
The whole experience was relaxing and authentic. If you're looking for a cultural and fun activity, this is highly recommended!★

We had a lovely time here with the cooking class. First we went to the market which was quite the experience since you normally won't buy stuff like that.
After we went back to the Hoang Restaurant where we went to the top floor to start the actual cooking class.
They started by explaining the entire process to us. After it was time to get to work.
We had to cut everything ourself, at least partly since the chef was showing us exactly what to do, which was quite fun and easy to do. After we started the actually cooking. Which was also a hands-on experience, meaning we actually had to help. When everything was cooked and finished we went downstairs to the restaurant again and everything got served to us. They only added some decorations on it, all the other parts were really created by ourselves.
After the food we received some lovely coffee.
Long story short, amazing experience, amazing food and amazing and friendly people.★

I had real fun making hand made wire crystal jewelry in this session.
It was held in her friend house, in a different location that she usually do, so she brought a lot of different size jams stones and crystals with her so I get a variety to pick from.
I've showed her a photo of a cat necklace I wanted to make and she first demonstrate how to do it, and then we made it together while she show me step by step.
it took 1 hour and 20min and I think the end result turned really cute, I've made an adorable cat necklace with different color eye inspire by my own cat :)
The atmosphere of the lesson was really calm & relaxed and teacher was lovely.
