The driver was very friendly, helpful and patient. On the way back to chengdu, we got traffic jam and stuck for around 2 hours, but he was stay cool and still offering us to stop by for dinner. We went there not on the winter season, so bipenggou was no snow at all. But the lake was very beautiful. At dagu glacier, at the top 4860mdpl there were eternal snow

Before using this, I activated roaming on my phone from a network in Thailand, but when I arrived in China, I encountered problems that they couldn't resolve. Hong Kong was amazing-easy to get around with the Octopus card, delicious dim sum and street food, and stunning views from Victoria Peak and the Star Ferry. Having an eSIM made staying connected insimple and hassle-free. A perfect mix of culture and modern city life

It was a very memorable experience to be able to see the Western Sichuan mountains through our booking of this trip that included car and driver. Our driver, Mr Tang, was very patient plus a very experienced driver. He couldn't speak English but we managed to communicate with him through our basic mandarin. He was very accommodating towards all our needs and times, and very pleasant to travel with throughout our 5 days with him. This is not an easy trip to make as it really took us through very long hours of drive, through rural towns and hairpin roads but the scenery was magnificent and we're very glad to have made the trip. Our prior communication with the travel agency was also very smooth and our travel agent was very patient in helping to plan the location of the hotels and customising our last day itinerary because Huanglong cable car was closed for December. All in all, I would definitely book through this travel agency again, based on reliability and trust.
