This time, I bought four sets of Disneyland tickets plus bus tickets through Ctrip. The price was very reasonable, but what was frustrating was that we went to customs very early in the morning, hoping to get through quickly while there were fewer people. However, we wasted over forty minutes at the ticket counter. At first, they said they couldn't find the clearance documents because we hadn't placed an order. Later, they found them, but then they said we hadn't booked the bus tickets. Finally, we realized they hadn't seen it themselves; these items were listed on the receipt Ctrip gave me. If we hadn't placed an order and paid, how could Ctrip have given us this receipt? After we got the tickets, there were many more people at customs. We were supposed to arrive at Disneyland before 10:00 AM and put our luggage back at the hotel, but we didn't arrive until after 11:00 AM. We couldn't go back to the hotel to store our luggage and had to pay to store it at the Disneyland entrance ourselves. It was really frustrating. Disneyland itself was quite fun. We played until 8:30 PM before returning to the hotel. We paid 50 yuan to upgrade to a room directly facing Disneyland so we could watch the 9:00 PM fireworks. It was beautiful! I recommend everyone who goes to see the fireworks.
