I heard a lot of people say the lines are long because I was arriving late at night, so I used the VIP Fast Track, and it was a great choice. Upon arrival, a staff member was waiting for me right away with my name, so I didn't have to worry about getting lost at all. While the regular line was quite long, the Fast Track line allowed me to enter almost immediately, so I cleared immigration quickly. They even guided me to baggage claim, which made my first day much more comfortable. It made my tiring first day of travel much more manageable. I highly recommend it, especially if you're arriving during peak airport hours or on a weekend.

It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

Nice experience in seeing coral and lot of nemo fish swimming around, without any snorkeling or diving skills. The wave is a bit strong, but good and experienced diver help and guide, throughout the whole trip is feel safe and secure. 5 star rating for all experienced diver.

The tour arrangements and services at Ba Na Hills were very professional. The guides and staff were attentive throughout, making the trip smooth. Despite the inclement weather, the walk through the French village and the mountain views was relaxing and a memorable experience.
