It's usually quite crowded, but it has everything you'd expect. The beef soup was delicious, and the beef was very tender. I'd definitely go back. I don't eat much; I'm full after about an hour.

This is a great value ticket package with unlimited use within a 3-day period. Buying the tickets separately would be much more expensive. It's a good deal for Taipei-Kaohsiung, Kaohsiung-Taiyan-Kaohsiung, and Kaohsiung-Taipei routes.

I used this service for the following routes: Taipei-Tainan, Tainan-Chiayi, Chiayi-Tainan, and Tainan-Taipei. I was able to book online the first time, but after that I couldn't book online and had to book at the counter. Please be careful! I enjoyed the excitement of having stickers indicating my destinations attached to my ticket!

Five-star hotels are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is not big, but the service is very good. You can tell the chef puts his heart into every dish. Except for the fried shrimp, which had a thicker batter, all the other dishes were good. I had a very pleasant meal.
