For my first trip abroad, I chose Ctrip, and I didn't have to worry about a thing; they arranged everything. The hotel was great, and the airport transfer staff spoke some Chinese and were very humorous. The day trip was provided by Golden Beach, and the itinerary and service were impeccable.
