Reviews: Florence: Pasta Cooking Class with Unlimited Wine

I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes! I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!

Nothing less than a fantastic experience, a short trip from Rome Termini. We were picked up at the station in Frascati and on the way to the restaurant were told a little about the history of the city. There we were in the best company together with guests from Italy, England and the USA, where we made delicious pasta, which I never thought would be possible for me. We also had a trip to the cave under the building. All this while we enjoyed the family's wine and under the both present and knowledgeable leadership of our fantastic guide.
Reviews: I Musici Veneziani Concert: Vivaldi Four Seasons
Guest User2025-10-27
We attended a concert in a magnificent setting in Campo San Salvador, opposite the Church of San Salvador. With excellent acoustics, we enjoyed a superb performance. The musicians, dressed in 18th-century costumes, gave a truly beautiful performance, especially the first violin, a true virtuoso. It was a truly magnificent, timeless experience to hear Vivaldi's Four Seasons, by this wonderful Venetian composer.
Reviews: Milan Cooking Class: Authentic Pizza & Gelato Making

The cooking class was an absolute highlight of our trip. Our chef was Matteo, and it was superbly presented and well-structured. The food was delicious. We made tagliatelle with pesto, pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage sauce, and homemade ice cream. It was a combination of a cooking class, hands-on cooking, a live cooking show, and a restaurant visit. And there was wine too :)
