The Yuelai Hotel was better than I expected; it's a four-star hotel, clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. The receptionist was very friendly, but the male staff were a bit less attentive. I booked my tickets and could pick them up directly at Disneyland, which was very convenient.

Contrary to my expectations, Yangguan Pass was absolutely breathtaking. I'm glad I went. However, the tour was long, from 7 am to midnight, and I was quite tired.

We took our baby on a trip to western China. The airport pick-up and drop-off service was good, and the car was also in good condition. The local day tours were also nice. However, due to the group tour format, it felt a bit chaotic. I recommend choosing a male guide, as they explain more interesting historical details. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, but they promptly refunded the tickets. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I'd give it 5 stars, but the only downside is the airport transfer provided by Ctrip. They only offered a transfer for adults, saying the child would have to pay extra. A 6-year-old child would have to pay 30 yuan for a single transfer, which we paid anyway! On the way back, we booked a car from the hotel to take us to the airport, and it turned out to be a private car for 4 adults and 1 child for only 30 yuan, for the same distance! I really don't know how Ctrip sets its fees! So, 3 stars!


