We didn't need the shuttle bus from Chengdu, but the entrance tickets were booked for us without any problems. We were able to enter the park with our passports without any problems.

The instruction is clear and can get to the bus easily. The driver is helpful and bus is clean. The bus is at the parkilng lot

Out driver was very nice. He treat us well. But this tour only provide you from pick up point then send you to the entrance of the national park and leave you to explore the national park by yourself. No one can understand english. so, good luck.
