The hotel was alright, with good environment and facilities; however, the Chinese restaurant was a bit crowded, and we waited for half an hour for dinner. We also encountered heavy snow while soaking in the hot springs, so we didn't dare to stay for too long, but it was still okay.

This was my first time booking a vacation package through Ctrip. The China Southern Airlines direct flight to Siem Reap was great; I was even upgraded to premium economy. The hotel's location was also very convenient, near the Old Market and Pub Street. Because it was on the other side of the road, there was no noise, which was good for a good night's rest.
