A really good option if you want to visit Shirakawa. The tour left promptly and was well organized. The tour guides Keita and Yasushi were really positive and enthusiastic. They shared lots of interesting information and had a good sense of humour. We had almost 3 hours at Shirakawa and it was more than enough to explore the beautiful town. We arrived back in Kanazawa just after 1pm. I highly recommend this tour.

My husband and I had a phenomenal experience on this day trip! Andy was our guide and was highly personable, attentive, and knowledgeable. He was genuinely interested in not only teaching us about the areas and crafts we visited, but also learning more about his guests and the places we come from. Our transportation was seamless and we felt very well taken care of. We also greatly appreciated our guides’ recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Kanazawa. If you are looking for an easier way to way to visit and support smaller, local areas and learn more about traditional Japanese culture and the crafts these areas excel in, this is the way to do it.

Yu was absolutely fantastic. He had great knowledge of Kanazawa and such a good sense of humour. He took many photos of us which he is going to send to us. This is very unique for a tour. Such good value. I would highly recommend Yu.
