Worked perfectly. Bought the ticket yesterday and now I'm sat aboard the high speed train to Taichung. Clean, modern and efficient. To redeem it's easy just head to the website and enter the code. Then select a time and you're off. I actually wanted to board an earlier train and the lady at the station changed it for me at no extra cost (their English level is great actually). Very happy with this.★
