Enjoyed our trip, great views of the Huka Falls but not really of the Maori carvings which was disappointing as one main reason for choosing the Heli ride so felt that was a bit poor.

Excellent captain. Kept contact with passengers whether the speed was ok for them. Warned also with his hands that he was going to make a U-turn with the boat. Staff was also excellent by helping to get the photo’s with airdrop immediately on I-phone

The Chinese-speaking tour guide was good, but there wasn't enough time for taking photos. Or rather, within the same group of about ten people, several girls each occupied a photo spot, taking twenty or thirty pictures in a row, completely refusing to let others take photos. Then, before we could even get our pictures taken, the guide said the next group was coming soon and we had to move. Later, we spoke to the guide, and he said he could take some photos of us before the next group caught up, so we were able to get some pictures.
