Turn on the internet right at the Verkhniy Lars border. We drove all the way to Batumi without any internet issues. Very convenient. No need to waste time arranging connection services on the spot.

Travelling around Azerbaijan was surprisingly easy. We trekked in the Caucasus, we stayed in village Homestay an and old caravanserais. Azerbaijan is a little off the tourist trail. We loved it.

Before I knew it, the Caucasus area was also included in the sale SIMs! I often buy the one-day sale SIMs, and even after using up the high-speed data, the speed is usually still good enough for loading maps and text, which is convenient. The downside is that it doesn't go back to high speed after a renewal; you have to buy it again. Also, you have to delete any extra eSIMs every time.

Excellent solution for traveling. Used in Kenya, especially Nairobi, Masai Mara, and the coastal area between Malindi, Watamu, and Marafa. It has always had signal coverage even in rural areas, if not very rarely. RECOMMENDED!

It's convenient that trip.com checks the e-SIM compatibility with your phone beforehand. It's also convenient—there's a button in the app itself that will install everything for you. ℹ️ Perhaps the instructions should be shorter and more visually clear. 📲 For iPhone users, before installation, you should also check that iMessage is enabled (it's located under Settings -> Messages). After connecting the travel SIM and disconnecting the main one, it will be more difficult to enable iMessage, or to do it later through iCloud. This is a good SIM option with various service packages.
