Even though we were guaranteed a window seat, they provided detailed advice on check-in so we could enjoy a better view, and we didn't have time to worry. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy the best view. The shuttle to the hotel was in a clean vehicle and was on time, so we used this company for sightseeing on other days as well.

Back at the spotless kitchen, you learn precise techniques from a knowledgeable instructor like Anshu, who demonstrate each step patiently before letting you cook staples like thukpa soup, bara pancakes, vegetable momos, and a sweet carrot pudding. Classes run three times daily (9am, 1:30pm, 4:30pm), lasting over 3 hours, and end with devouring your creations—come hungry, as portions are generous and flavorful without additives. What elevates this beyond a typical class is its role as a charity initiative through Journey Nepal, empowering young women and girls by funding their education and providing volunteer-led training opportunities—every booking directly supports local upliftment. Instructors like Nimlam embody this mission, sharing cultural knowledge while fostering independence for participants and staff alike, making the experience both delicious and deeply meaningful

The cooking class was fantastic. We were first taken to the markets to pick up some produce and had an in depth demonstration on how to make momos, thukpa and dal bhat. All the dishes were amazing and the instructors were fantastic. I’d highly recommend this experience in Kathmandu!
