The trip to the island was very nice, but the stay on Spinalonga could have been a bit longer to explore everything... 1.5 hours unfortunately went by far too quickly.

An activity worth doing, but the paid entrance wait on Spinalonga Island is far too long and cuts into the visit, which is otherwise limited by the boat schedule. Normally there's plenty of time, but when it's crowded, it can be tedious, even leading you to spend hours at the bar before getting in.

The trip was truly fantastic, the entire crew was incredibly friendly, the food on board was excellent, our belongings were safely transported to the island while we swam (reading the reviews, I was worried it would be a long swim, but it really wasn't far). If anyone couldn't swim, the friendly crew would transport them to land by motorboat. There were no problems with this. Anyone who wanted to could take the motorboat, but I think the real experience was the one from the water. One of the best trips in Crete. The price was really good for the experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip; especially the fact that although we had set meeting times, we were still free to explore as we pleased! We saw and experienced so many beautiful places… and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Check to see how many others are going it can get busy. There was only 6 in our group and 2 of us didn't dive just stayed bobbing about on the top.
