The tour was operated by Hairycow and was at the end of January. The organization was excellent. After I purchased the tour, trip.com contacted me to reschedule it because the tour with a stop at the distillery wasn't available that day. I was offered a tour on the day I selected but with a lake cruise, or other days from the list that included the distillery. I chose the boat ride and was not disappointed. The bus was comfortable, with restroom and snack stops along the way. The views were stunning; I personally didn't have enough stops for nature photography. But the views are so beautiful that I wanted to stop every 100 meters. Late January was a good time for the boat ride; the boat has two decks, open on top and large windows on the bottom, and is well heated. There's also a bar with alcohol (I recommend the lower deck and look for the windows with the Nessie sticker for photos). And even though the program didn't say there would be hairy cows, the company named after them certainly showed them to us. Thank you!

The outing was great. We only saw Loch Lomond briefly due to construction, which was a bit of a shame. The castle tour was very interesting, and the kelpies were fun to see. Overall, it was a lovely day trip, and we had a great time. However, we were a little surprised by the price of the castle tour: the price displayed outside the shop was £18, but inside we paid more without any explanation. Perhaps this is because we don't speak English very well.

This is extremely useful for those who need to check transportation information or adjust their itineraries on the fly. Customer service response time was acceptable, and basic issues were resolved effectively. Overall, if your needs are "stable availability + time saving," this eSIM is a reliable choice for use in Switzerland. However, if you expect to maintain high-speed network access in remote mountainous areas, it's advisable to lower your expectations, as terrain factors still play a role.

The view of the 3 Sisters were amazing, the atmosphere was incredible with the rainy tops and crisp air, Colin was an incredible guide and super friendly as well! 10/10
