I was very impressed with SoftBank's internet service in Japan. The internet speed is fast and stable; social media and maps run smoothly without any interruptions. I had no problems with the internet on the train or at Gala Yuzawa. The signal coverage is excellent throughout the city and at train stations, making travel much more convenient. The price is reasonable considering the quality. It's easy to use and perfect for tourists and anyone needing instant internet access. Installation is hassle-free. I highly recommend it; it's great value for money. You can choose how many days you want to use it. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

Easy to install. Convenient to use. Good signal. Works well even in many places. There is a link to check how much you have used. Recommended. No need to put in a SIM card, it's a hassle.

The signal is unstable. After watching videos for a while each day, the signal becomes extremely slow, and even mobile payment functions become unusable.

The internet was incredibly fast and the signal was consistent. It was easy to use. Throughout the trip, our group used both eSIMs and roaming, and our internet was the fastest and most stable. We used GPS constantly for 9 days and were still able to use TikTok, Instagram, ChatGPT, and Gemini the whole time.

Overall, the signal is very good. The only problem is that there's no signal inside shops, such as at Narita Airport; some areas have low signal, making it impossible to send messages or contact friends via LINE. At Don Quijote Shinjuku, some areas have poor signal, making it impossible to contact friends; you have to walk to the edge of the shop to get a signal.
