I really enjoyed it. I only had one day in Split. I took the Red Line, which you can ride in an hour and gives you a good overview of the city. Then I took a guided tour with Gabriela, who was excellent, engaging, spoke great English, was very knowledgeable, and was very pleasant. After that, I went on the walking tour to Kliss Fortress, which is absolutely worthwhile at sunset. Congratulations! It was a great idea to sign up!

It was a lovely relaxing way to spend the late afternoon in Split on the water. My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide bottled beer or a glass of beer as opposed to a can.

We had a wonderful day! It was very interesting to learn more about this undiscovered part of Croatia. Making the soparnik was a lot of fun and also very delicious! We also discovered how much work goes into this dish, which made it extra special to be able to make it. I also enjoyed traveling by audio bus more than I expected; it was a very relaxing way to get from point A to point B and learn more about the area along the way. The Kliss Fortress was also one of the highlights, and it was really nice that a guide came along to tell us more about the fortress. A very enjoyable and educational day!

The people on the tour were super friendly and could tell us a lot about the history of Croatia. It was a very fun and interesting experience. The lunch was also very tasty, fresh from their own land and handmade. The village zoo was very nice and there were cute kittens everywhere. We will definitely come back again to experience the Christmas season!

This was such a lovely and memorable experience near Split. The olive oil tasting at Stella Croatica in Klis felt warm, personal and truly authentic from the moment we arrived. The whole place has a unique atmosphere. It feels peaceful, Mediterranean and full of character. The instructors explained everything in a simple and interesting way, so it was easy to understand how to recognize real extra virgin olive oil. I especially enjoyed learning why aroma, bitterness and pepperiness are signs of quality. The Olive Museum was also a beautiful part of the visit. It helped me understand the story of Dalmatian olive oil heritage and how important olive oil has been in Mediterranean tradition and everyday life. The Mediterranean gardens made the whole experience even more special and connected to nature and the Dalmatian countryside. This is much more than a quick tasting. It is a warm and meaningful way to discover Dalmatia through olive oil, local products, history, flavour and tradition.
