The excursion was pretty good. We only visited three islands, but that was enough! The food was good, and they even had fruit. What I didn't like was the lack of supervision over those brought to the islands. The crew couldn't care less what was going on overboard! My husband started drowning due to leg problems. He barely made it to the ship and called for help, but no one on the crew paid any attention! He started getting pulled along the ship. A huge thank you to the man from Krasnoyarsk, Russia, who came to the rescue. If you're reading this review, I bow deeply to you again!★

This one-day snorkeling and island hopping tour of Koh Chang was exceptionally well-organized. From the initial pick-up and drop-off times and boat itinerary to the stops on each island, the team's professionalism and dedication were evident. On board, the staff not only proactively explained the itinerary and safety rules but also attentively attended to each guest's needs, providing assistance with everything from snorkeling gear sizes and life jacket donning to sun protection and seasickness relief, making everyone feel completely at ease.
Lunch and snacks were plentiful, with high-quality Thai cuisine, fruits, and drinks provided on board, replenishing energy and enhancing the overall enjoyment of the trip. The timing of each snorkeling session and shore excursion was also perfectly balanced, avoiding a rushed schedule and allowing guests to fully enjoy taking photos, swimming, and relaxing amidst the clear waters and white sand beaches. The pace of the tour was relaxed and enjoyable. In particular, the crew's frequent assistance with taking photos and reminders about the location of fish and corals were thoughtful details that made it feel less like a rushed tour and more like a meticulously cared-for day at sea. Overall, it was a safe, comfortable, and surprising island-hopping experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Chang.★

Overall, a fantastic experience! The itinerary was well-organized, the service was excellent, and everything went according to plan. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the value for money was exceptional. I have nothing to complain about; highly recommended!! The Ctrip support was also superb; we drove to the pier and found the company in just a few seconds. There were so many fish near Yak Lek Island! I've never experienced snorkeling surrounded by schools of fish before—it was amazing! Check out my video!
