Excellent SIM card. I paid for it from Russia, but I couldn't activate it. Upon arrival, while still on the plane, everything worked. I received the usual welcome message and phone number. Speed is excellent, and there are no connection issues. (As far as I understand, it doesn't allow outgoing calls or text messages.)
