Boarding from Koh Lipe was incredibly slow, the waiting area was poorly designed, and in the heat, there were crowds of people arriving, departing, and checking in—total chaos. The ferry arrived on time, but unloading and loading luggage took a long time, resulting in our arrival in Langkawi an hour late.

It's very convenient to buy tickets on Trip.com. On Lipe Island, we showed the voucher and received a ticket and numbered cards. We went through passport control. Then, they put us on a boat to the speedboat based on our numbers. We were a little delayed because it was very crowded.

We were picked up on time. There were many competitors offering pick-up services, so I was a little worried about whether we would be able to find the right pick-up company, but there were no problems. We stopped at a drive-in facility for a toilet break, 110km from the airport to the port. The speedboat cuts through the waves quite violently, so it's better to get a seat at the back inside.

They picked me up and brought me to Pak Baru very quickly, essentially a private minivan transfer. The ferry departed 20 minutes later. There was a misunderstanding: I booked two adults and one child, and they said only two adults. But they gave me their office phone number, and everything was sorted out without any extra charge.

The company arranged the vehicle to ride very comfortable. The driver drove smoothly and safely to the designated hotel location. The shipping company was also very smooth during the voyage. The passengers did not feel seasick. There was a special person to arrange the place where the ride was taken. Don't worry about being lost!
