We bought ferry tickets from Koh Lipe to Kuah on Trip.com. Thank you so much for the opportunity to book in advance and pay with a Mir card. I liked the return trip better; there were no delays (maybe because it was the first flight). We quickly went through paperwork and were taken by boat to the ferry. The trip also took 1.5 hours. Keep in mind the time difference between Thailand and Malaysia. Our passports were issued right on the ferry, so there were no delays with customs either.

It's very convenient to buy tickets on Trip.com. On Lipe Island, we showed the voucher and received a ticket and numbered cards. We went through passport control. Then, they put us on a boat to the speedboat based on our numbers. We were a little delayed because it was very crowded.

The Pak Bara pier itself is very simple. The Ploysiam check-in desk is easy to find. We got tickets with our voucher. Boarding the boat was quick, but there were a lot of people, making it very crowded. Luckily, we made it in an hour, and we were lucky with the weather! There were no waves, so everything went well.

The company arranged the vehicle to ride very comfortable. The driver drove smoothly and safely to the designated hotel location. The shipping company was also very smooth during the voyage. The passengers did not feel seasick. There was a special person to arrange the place where the ride was taken. Don't worry about being lost!

My English isn't very good, and I'd never been to Langkawi before, so I didn't know how to get to Koh Lipe by boat. Finding my bus and boat tickets through this company was like a dream come true, haha. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly to any questions, which made me feel very safe. I'll definitely book here again next time I go.
