I booked a transfer from Hanoi to Tam Coc. Everything was very conveniently organized: first, a car picks you up at the designated location (usually near your hotel), then you're taken to the train station, where a minibus with other passengers is waiting. Then you're driven to Ninh Binh, where you transfer to another car and are dropped off at your hotel, which is very convenient since you don't have to find anything yourself. You can contact the organizer and driver via WhatsApp.★
