We couldn't activate the eSIM when we arrived. We called customer support and, lo and behold, they helped us activate it instantly! We just needed to enable one button in the settings (roaming)! Thanks for the communication! Excellent!★

This esim is the best deal for Thailand. I stayed in Chiang Mai for two weeks and bought two 10 day esims. When one ran out I replaced it with another. You can top up with a on top package through the AIS app. While yes I does come with a local phone number I basically never used it. Like japan and Korea everyone uses Line for messaging, calls and even reservations. I personally recommend this ais esim for anyone coming to Thailand.★

Excellent! We booked it in Russia a few weeks before the trip, turned it on after the plane landed, and everything worked right away, without any hassle.
