We were picked up from our hotel and dropped off at G8 office in Sapa, then transfer to the VIP cabin bus to Hanoi. Upon arriving in Hanoi, we were dropped off at a roadside where we were told to wait for another smaller bus to transfer to our Hanoi hotel. Overall the ride was comfortable, we choose the lower deck compartment. Mr Hang from the service provider was responsive and prompt in answering our questions.

A very convenient and affordable service. Internet connection is immediate and works without interruptions. The only caveat is that you need internet access to connect your SIM card. Therefore, it's best to connect while at the airport, where public internet is available.

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.
