I had no issues using it anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City. It was 4G for a while, but once I left the airport, it was stable at 5G. Customer support was quick to respond, although it was a bit confusing because we were both using translators.

Easy installation. Good coverage in cities. Keep in mind that IP address is determined as Hong Kong. So VPN is required to access services which are not allowed to operate in Hong Kong
