Our Guide on the bus dated 13th Dec, 25 , 9.15 am was extremely great, he took lots of efforts to provide us with complete history of each location, and went out of his way to help my wife in boarding the bus due to her health issues. Each station he dropped and picked us up with a smile and was very patient in ensuring all of us safely boarded the bus. The route was well planned and all the stops we noticed the arrival of the bus was on time. highly recommend tourists to use their facility to understand Katoomba history as well as the places of visit to the Blue Mountain destinations. The book lets offered at the counter on top of the railway station was very resourceful, and the staff courteous. i ended buying blue mountain sweat top which was value for money.

The overall itinerary was well-planned, adding several scenic spots to the previous Blue Mountains tour. These included Lincoln Rock, Boar Rock, the Three Sisters viewpoint, and the town of Lula, all offering pristine natural landscapes. The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz mid-size van, seating 14 people. The van was relatively new, and the driver/guide, Mark, provided excellent explanations and offered friendly service.

The Blue Mountains day trip was fantastic! The itinerary was perfectly planned, not rushed at all. The scenery at Lincoln Rock was breathtaking, a truly immersive experience. The team service was exceptionally attentive, and our driver, Mark, drove incredibly smoothly and provided detailed explanations – highly recommended! The vehicle was a Mercedes-Benz V-Class, which was extremely comfortable and exactly as described. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the Blue Mountains!


