Fafnny was amazing! She took us to local shops with some of the best pastries and desserts. She taught us some history about Lille and about the places we visited! I highly recommend this tour! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The buses ran as frequently as advertised, and the app provided realistic waiting times for the next bus. The German audio guide was excellent in parts, with relevant commentary and amusing anecdotes, but in other sections it was monotonously read by a computer voice. The kids' audio guide is very good, but unfortunately, it's only available in English, Dutch, and French. The AI ​​assistant "Tootie" in the app is an absolute disgrace; it never stops talking and can't be turned off or muted. The only solution is to close it completely or exit the app. Otherwise, the buses are clean and safe, but unfortunately, they lack air conditioning.
