I activated the eSIM before my flight. It was activated via a QR code scan, but the phone kept saying "no signal." After arriving in Thailand, the connection was restored, albeit with a roaming notice. However, this didn't affect the quality or cost. I shared the internet between two phones, a tablet, and a laptop. Average usage was 7GB per day. I also used local calls to hotels, all without any issues.★

Excellent quality, never let me down during my two-week vacation in Koh Samui, Thailand. I didn't have to contact customer service, and there was no reason to, so I can't comment on the quality of their service.
