We had a great time in Mannheim. Jörg was incredibly flexible and guided us through the city, showing us all the most interesting spots. We even got a tour of Mannheim from a local.

Good self guided tour, it was clear when to stop & restart. We had one audio on a phone between 4 people which was adequate.

I traveled using a Eurail pass. It was cheaper than other sites, including points redemption, so I used it. I recommend it if you travel long distances a lot. I'll definitely consider it for my next trip to Europe.
