Claire was a wonderful guide, who spoke English very well. She did her best to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable throughout the entire hike. Claire even brought snack for the group, which we enjoyed while swimming. As someone who is not really even a casual hiker, I would not have been able to do that trail without a guide. Thank you so much for an unforgettable adventure. We began by going downhill to the small beach. The terrain ranged from packed dirt paths, to loosely packed stones, to large climbing rocks both jagged and smooth. Bring swimming shoes for the cove, as the beach is very rocky, but the water is so refreshing. The way up was a tough climb, where at one point, we had to utilize chains in the rocks to support us on a vertical segment. I am 30 years old, and I was able to do it easily. This part, in particular, may intimidate some. All this to say, we did it. The hike is more demanding than your typical nature walk, but the views and swimming are worth it!Trip.com picks
