It was my birthday and the wonderful staff made a special floating basket with strawberries and fudge with flowers. Such a beautiful thoughtful staff. What a lovely clean and may I say elegant place. Had a foot massage. Your staff are amazing. Will certainly be going to the pools again. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing! The pickup was super punctual, the pilot was very friendly and explained a lot. Setting up the balloon was professional, completely trouble-free, and safe. The balloon then rose to 4,000 feet, and we floated above the clouds with a fantastic view of the mountains, including Mount Cook. We'll probably never forget that view. After the very smooth landing, we were treated to a glass of sparkling wine and muffins.
