Trip.com Free travel price is not high or low, overall satisfactory. Osaka's Tokyu Hotel is very good, the service is humane and the facilities are perfect. Tokyo's Nihonbashi Box Hotel is much worse. The room was very cold, there was no humidifier, and the room was not clean, and there was a big gap with Tokyu. In addition, the after-sales of Trip.com is very bad, there is no warm reminder of any travel, and it should be strengthened in the future.
