The cooking class with Chef José was truly amazing! He is not only the nicest person, answering all my questions with patience but with his background in fine dining, the food we cooked and the tips I got were fantastic! After a trip to the local market around the corner, where José knows all the people, we made tortillas from scratch, great salsas & guacamole, enchilads suizas and other yummy things. I even had the privilege to have a ‘private’ class, as I was the only person who booked for that day. 10/10 can rcommend, would definitely do that class again!★

We had a fabulous time cooking and learning from Jose. Got to learn how to make some delicious Salsas, enchiladas and of course some yummy drinks. Will for sure do it again. If you are booking this class make sure you request Jose.
