It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

03/14 @ 17:30. Meeting our guide was a little difficult. Someone on a Vespa brought the audio but had no indications of who he was or represented. It was raining perhaps that added to confusion. Sondra/sarah I’m sorry I forget her name. She was awesome, well learned, captivating, clear speaking, patient, answered all our questions
