Fantastic experience. Got changed around a little, because of the bad weather, but it ended up being an upgrade. Guide was knowledgeable, and easy going. The stop for swimming was a highlight.

A huge thank you for such a spectacular day trip! Covering Lake Como, Lugano, and Bellagio in one day felt like a dream, and it wouldn't have been the same without our wonderful guide Katya and Carmilino the coach driver. Katya truly went above and beyond for us throughout the entire day. She was incredibly helpful and clearly did her absolute best to ensure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. The useful information she provided from the history of the villas on Lake Como added so much fun and value to the tour. This is a day that I will always remember!

I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.

Absolutely stunning day! It was a long one, but completely worth every penny. We got to see so much of Lake Como, honestly, without a car or organised tour, we wouldn’t have been able to visit even half of what we did. The boat ride across the lake was a real highlight, offering breathtaking views and making the whole experience even more special. Bellagio was absolutely beautiful, with charming streets, incredible food, and some amazing gelato. Lugano was just as stunning, we visited the gate, picked up some delicious chocolate to take home, and of course enjoyed even more gelato. It was a full day with plenty of walking, but truly worth it. Just a beautiful, memorable experience from start to finish.

Chiara explained everything to us clearly and in detail, showed us the most interesting places, and gave us great tips on where to stop and what to see. It was obvious she had a lot of knowledge and passion, and at the same time she created such a friendly atmosphere that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Later, she also recommended a few amazing spots which turned out to be absolutely worth visiting – real hidden gems! Thanks to her guidance we were able to discover the area better and spend our time in a truly special way. We are very satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone!
