Cindy was an excellent and very experienced local guide. We booked a private tour, and she planned our route and itinerary according to our departure time. She showed us the train arriving and departing from the station, which was so interesting! Then we went straight to the floating market, arriving on time without missing a beat. She even helped us queue and found a less crowded stall to eat at in the bustling market. Finally, she arranged time for us to experience elephant riding according to our wishes! Thank you, Cindy!★

On a day when there was no Japanese language available, we had a one-minute guide who spoke English and Chinese. He spoke Japanese and spoke slowly and clearly, adding Japanese at key points, making it very easy to understand. It was also nice that a bottle of cold water was provided during the tour and that a 1GB eSIM card was provided in advance. I would definitely like to take part in another tour with My Pro Guide.★

The travel guide, 清清，was very friendly and helpful.But the process of getting signed permission from family member for senior (64, 65 yo) after booking tour was s bad experience. The agent should have filled in the relevant information into the form for signing since travellers may not have the necessary electronic device to insert the info into the form.★

Everything was great! The group was a mix of Japanese and English speakers, and the guide was able to explain everything in both languages. Besides the designated spots, we also stopped at a place where you could take a photo with a monkey or a crocodile, as well as lions, or even ride an elephant. At the beginning, the guide offered a choice of food for lunch, but if you don't want to overpay, you can take the train to the market after lunch—you can eat there for less.★

Everything was great. It was a private tour, just the two of us and the guide. The guide was a sweetheart, incredibly kind and positive. He didn't tell us much along the way, and we weren't particularly interested anyway. He took us to all the places we were supposed to, showed us around, and told us about them. Overall, we loved it, and I highly recommend him!
