The experience was great. The bus was new and well-cooled. Our guide, Jimmy, was attentive and responsible, always smiling. The itinerary was packed but unique, making the time fly by without being tiring or boring. The children and elderly were satisfied, and the adults weren't exhausted, making it all worthwhile. One segment of the trip sold bamboo-related industrial products, which felt a bit like a "crushing" moment, but the rest were agricultural products, so there were no issues. No one gave us a hard time even if we didn't buy anything; everyone was smiling, and there was no pressure or displeasure. I recommend the deluxe lunch set; the fish was delicious and suited to Chinese tastes.

I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.

W definitely enjoyed. Perhaps the itinerary was too ambitious and had to go fast in each stop. Kelvin did a great job and his energy and passion were palpable. Very pleased on his service! Confirmation through Mie was easy and fast. We would definitely recommend this trip.

The tour was exactly as described. Even though the minibus was full, the small number of people made it comfortable. The guide was always nearby, so I felt safe. Everyone else on the tour was very kind, and we had a wonderful day. Tips and drinks are separate, but no one pressured us into buying souvenirs; we only paid if we wanted to. Water and a coconut drink were provided on the boat before we left. It was sweet and delicious. You can feed the crocodiles for 60 yen. The crocodiles wait with their mouths open. They won't eat unless you put food in their mouths. My kids loved it. I was also happy to have the opportunity to wrap a snake around them.


