I found the best corala snorkeling and slso encountered a turtle. It was good we had a lot of time and the freedom to explore the reefs around South Sea Island. I also liked the dances and the singing of the Fiji People.

If you like a dash of adventure wrapped in stunning nature, this is 100% the way to go! Our guides were absolute rockstars—not only did they keep us safe, but they also doubled as professional paparazzi, capturing top-tier photos and videos of us flying down the zipline. Transport ran a bit behind, which turned the day into an impromptu triathlon: ziplining, sprinting between activities, and power-eating a delicious lunch in under 10 minutes like a competitive eating champion. We missed the cave, but honestly? Still one of the absolute best things I’ve ever done!

Speeds in Fiji are slow, and coverage isn't always good. Installation was quick and easy. I had no issues. The support chat works well; at one point, it stopped showing my data usage, but they helped me out. I'm taking off one star for the poor connection; perhaps this is the case for everyone in Fiji.

This was my first time booking a tour through Ctrip, and I was quite nervous. Although a disagreement arose during the trip regarding the Mutuo Village entrance fee, Ctrip's customer service promptly coordinated and resolved the issue, and I was very satisfied with their service. Although this was the first time the driver and tour guide had worked together, and the driver was unfamiliar with the route and the guide was not very knowledgeable, the trip went smoothly overall. The driver was hardworking and provided excellent service, although his skills could be improved. Jiuzhaigou was my honeymoon destination 20 years ago, and revisiting it brought back many memories.
