It worked right away at the airport, connected via Wi-Fi. You have to select "data roaming" in the cellular network settings!!! The coverage is stable, I used it in Da Nang. I took 1 GB per day for surfing the internet, sometimes using Google Maps, Instagram, and YouTube. The Wi-Fi at the hotel was more than enough. I took it for 5 days to test it out, and extended it for another 15 ;)

The eSIM worked perfectly the whole time I was in Vietnam. Straightforward to install - I screen shot the QR code and sent it to my husband by WhatsApp, so I could open it in his phone then use my phone’s camera to install it. Can’t fault it and a reasonable price.

It works like 5G, with a 53 ping and 10-20 MB speed. It definitely works better than Airlo in Vietnam; we used it for a few days. The eSIM works better and is more stable here.

Easy to install. Convenient to use. Good signal. Works well even in many places. There is a link to check how much you have used. Recommended. No need to put in a SIM card, it's a hassle.

I haven't contacted support, so I can't comment. The connection quality is excellent; I used it on my computer, and it works perfectly. Installing it on my phone was easy. It's very convenient to always be in touch, especially at such a reasonable price.

I got 2 eSIM cards from them and it worked absolutely fine. I’m currently writing this review using their eSIM. I paid around A$5.23 for each SIM, 9 GB per day plan. Very reliable. We went to some of the remote areas and network was fairly functional. My wife’s eSIM had issues with activation, so I reached out to them and requested for resolution. They were able to communicate with me over chat in realtime and absolutely appreciated it. To check the issue resolution in the meantime they also gave me a temporary eSIM. And then the next day the main eSIM was activated. They are honest, effective and sweetest people to deal business with. I fully recommend buying eSIM from them.
