Trekking is tough; not everyone can do it. But it's well worth it. I encourage you to do it!

It’s a pretty demanding but very rewarding hike. The volcanoes are amazing. I’d like to see the dept of conservation allow a “lite” hike to Soda Springs and back for younger families and older folks so they don’t miss out on the experience.
