Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!★

I've been to Taiwan a few times before but never thought to buy this transportation card. I always paid cash for the MRT tickets. This time, I suddenly remembered I needed one, and the price on Trip.com was a bit cheaper than elsewhere. Plus, you can pick it up at the airport, which is very convenient. So I bought it. This EasyCard is really convenient 👍 You only need to top it up to use it, saving time on buying tickets. Highly recommended 👍👍★

I signed up for this packed tour because I absolutely wanted to explore Jiufen, release lanterns in Shifen, and also see Yehliu Geopark and the waterfall. Honestly, it was the right decision! It's too far to go alone, and I don't think I could have covered all four places in such a short amount of time without taking trains and buses. The tour really covered so much, and the time was just right. Also, since it wasn't a Japanese-only tour, I wasn't expecting any explanations, but my bus driver, Richard, was amazing. He separated the Japanese, Chinese, and English groups into seats, and gave the same explanation three times while moving around. His attitude was simply amazing! He was also a wonderful person, and thanks to his smooth and hospitable service, I had no complaints and I'm grateful for how he made this tour the best it could be. THANK YOU Richard!!!★
