It was a great experience! The snorkeling area has a lot of fish, we found a Moorish Idol! The crew was very friendly. There is a toilet and changing room on the boat. We were given masks, snorkels and fins. You can't snorkel on Hon Mun Island, but you can swim with googles (also provided by crew), the water is much colder there and there are large pebbles on the shore. The lunch was very tasty, also included water, tea and drinks. We liked everything very much!

The all-you-can-eat lobster buffet on the second floor of the Citadines Hotel is a better option. The staff are very friendly and the food is of excellent quality.

Bought the pass for both arrival and departure at Hanoi. Heard that arrival usually takes up to 2hrs but it was alright when I arrived but departure queues were wayyyyyy too long even up till security checks. I'm so glad I got this pass to skip all the queues.
