A huge thank you to Director Liu for giving us a joyful, relaxing, and rewarding day. His explanations were engaging and informative, providing a wealth of new knowledge. He also allowed ample time for rest along the way, ensuring a smooth and professional schedule without rushing or pressure. We saw many elementary school students learning at Dongzhao Temple, and also encountered many Russian tourists. Unfortunately, due to heavy fog and rain, we couldn't see the full view of Huangyan Waterfall, only hearing the loud roar of the water. The most memorable aspects for me were the tranquil lake, the beautiful environment, and the various national treasure-level buildings featured in the film, especially Longming Temple. A truly worthwhile trip!★

Always love a JR pass whenever we travel to Japan. We used the 3 day Tokyo wide pass in order to explore Nikko, Karuizawa, and Atami. Will book again in the future★

Booking through trip.com (ctrip) was hassle-free. I paid and showed the page via the link they sent me before boarding. The train itself was also on schedule.★

Joined on 14 Nov 2025. The tour run as described. Unfortunately, the autumn leaves was over at Kegon Falls. The Waterfall is still amqzing, though. There is enough free time to walk around the area and to Lake Chuzenji. The Guide, Yui is friendly and very helpful. I don't really like the train ride as it is too crowded and didn't have a chance to enjoy the view of the river.★

I came comfortably via the internet, but the internet connection at Nikko is not as good as expected, so there may be cases where the pass does not appear properly.
