Great day Trip with plenty of time to get back to Skopje. Matka Canyon is stunning but you do need the boat trip, otherwise the hiking trail is slightly dangerous. The Millennium Cross view was brilliant. Not enough time for lunch this was due to members of the group being late and not caring not our guides fault.

I recommend this daytrip to Pristina both to visit a pretty city and learn a lot about the Balkans along the way. Zarko was a great guide and driver and he provided so much information on Kosovo and its place in the history of the Balkans. We spent several hours in Pristina, a charming city mixing old and new. Old Ottoman era Mosques blend in with modern architecture. We spent three days in Skopje and this was the highlight of that trip.

We spent a very pleasant day in Ohrid with Vlad! He's a good driver, and he's able to entertain without being intrusive, and is informative without being redundant. He deserved 5/5 stars. Lastly, Ohrid is a gem as well, definitely worth it.

Professional set-up with great communication. Our driver Miki was great, answered questions and played music for the roughly three hour drive. He stopped and provided us with a local snack on the way. Ohrid was incredibly beautiful. The local guide Martina took us around to several churches, the fort at the top of the hill, and a boat ride on the lake. We then had two hours of free time, which we used to go swimming, before meeting up with Miki and heading back to Skopje. Highly recommend!

The tour was very comprehensive, and having Stefan as our guide definitely made the experience wonderful. We left on time in a large, well-driven bus, and the guide was attentive to us the whole time. The best part of the visit for us was being able to see the Church of San Pantaleón and admire its frescoes.


