I had no problem with Ctrip's original arrangements, except that our guide, Zhu, changed the itinerary. The content remained the same, but the first day included the longer, more physically demanding hikes to "Tianyou Peak" and "Tiger Roar Eight Scenic Spots: A Line of Sky," which was quite tiring. The second day ended at 12:30 PM. Overall, I thought Ctrip's service was acceptable, but the sleeper berths were poorly arranged. Our group of three was placed in two separate sleeper compartments. I hope Ctrip can pay more attention to this and try to arrange groups of four or fewer people into one compartment. We departed on November 2nd, which seemed to be the dry season; the Water Curtain Cave was almost dry, and the Nine Bend Stream had very little water.Trip.com picks
