The reservation process wasn't difficult. It was great that I could use it immediately. However, since it said I would receive a ticket via QR, I assumed I would scan the QR code at a machine to get a physical card like before. Instead, I had to open the QR code in the app and scan it at the scanner at the turnstile to exit. It would have been better if this had been mentioned in the product description!

Very convenient, the journey takes about 2 hours. There are staff to help with luggage, and the seats are comfortable. It's a very relaxing trip. There are many stops in the city. The East Japan 10-Day Pass covers a wide area. From Tokyo to Aomori, the Shinkansen takes three to four hours, a long distance. Then, I traveled through Sendai, Matsushima, Fukushima, Omiya, Karuizawa, and Kawagoe Ichiban-gai. From Tokyo to the airport, it's very cost-effective. The JR buses in Aomori provide good connections between attractions, so I basically didn't need to buy additional bus tickets during my trip. Recommended.

Very convenient – ​​I booked it as soon as I arrived at Haneda Airport. When you exit with your luggage, there's a TRANSFER INFO area on the left before the escalator. Just go up to it and show it on your phone – a manager will activate it in a couple of clicks and tell you the time and where to go – in my case, it was Station 5, which is also nearby. It's literally 20 minutes from booking to departure. The buses are comfortable.
