We headed from Taisho Pond to Kappa Bridge, and after taking pictures and playing in the river, it was the perfect amount of time. We also had lunch at Kappa Bridge, so it was a very fulfilling day (*^^*)★

We had a wonderful time walking and talking with Masa. We had never been to Nagano before and this was a great way to briefly see the area and enjoy some of the local sights and flavors while learning some of the history of the area. I highly recommend this tour when visiting Nagano.★

The overall experience was excellent, with a well-planned and comprehensive itinerary. The tour guide was highly professional, managing the pace of the entire trip exceptionally well, with each activity seamlessly connected, making the trip feel fulfilling without being rushed.
Although the overall journey was relatively long, the tour guide arranged appropriate rest stops along the way, and the onboard commentary was lively and engaging. They even thoughtfully provided small candies, adding a lot of emotional value and making the entire journey more relaxed and enjoyable. The overall experience was very comfortable and professional.
We were also very lucky to see snow monkeys bathing in the hot springs. I heard that this isn't a guaranteed sight, so seeing them was a real surprise and made the trip even more memorable.
In short, this is a very professional and enjoyable product; both the itinerary and the team service are highly recommended.★

Many thanks to Mariku, our guide, and our driver for this wonderful day. The organization, service, and time management were perfectly balanced. The tour content was varied and each element was a beautiful experience. Lunch offered a colorful mix of Japanese delicacies. We would love to do it again. Many thanks to our guide and driver.
